Associate Consultant
Summary. You will play a pivotal role in supporting a range of projects with a focus on education and workforce development. You will report directly to the lead consultant and work as part of a small team.
Roles/Responsibilities
Conducting quantitative and qualitative research and analysis
Engaging with stakeholders and managing partnerships effectively
Overseeing and managing project timelines and deliverables
Drafting reports and preparing presentations for client meetings
Participating in meetings, taking notes, and providing follow-up actions
Collecting and analyzing data to inform strategic recommendations
Maintaining regular engagement with clients to ensure project alignment and satisfaction
Salary/Pay. Competitive salary ranging from $45-65k, depending on qualifications. Eligible for an annual performance bonus.
Benefits. You will be enrolled in a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) with a $200 biweekly benefit.
Remote/Hybrid. This role is primarily remote but includes monthly to quarterly onsite client meetings, along with occasional travel and preparation meetings with Camino Group colleagues.
